Hey guys,
I don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes! I'm 40+1 today and anxiously awaiting this little girl's arrival, but my fiance's niece (who is 14 and a loud, rowdy teenager) has already TOLD US she's going to come stay a week with us this summer when school lets out to visit with the baby. She invited herself to stay with us. For a week.
Now, I am the one who will be home with the baby and he'll be at work, so I'd have to take care of the baby and babysit/put up with his niece for a week. He just ignores her when she says this, but I KNOW she's going to directly ask me at the hospital when they all come to see the baby. How do I let her know she can't stay with us without being super rude? And I don't think saying "Well he will be at work so it will just be me" would make a difference b/c she doesn't care as long as baby's here. Really trying to keep the peace so just preparing in advance! xD
