My DS is now six months old and he's doing pretty well. He was diagnosed with some additional health problems since I made my post back in February (a chromosomal disorder) but he's actually been doing great in therapy and getting bigger every day. My mom actually seemed to get over her shit fit about not being able to see him until April. At first she was a little stompy with the boundaries and wanting to see him ALL THE TIME, but we worked it out to 1x/month visits for dinner and everything is awesome.
Except today she texted me all excited with pictures of a doll she got made in John's likeness--because "he's going to grow up so fast and this way I can have a little grandbaby to hug forever". She doesn't have dolls made in the likeness of her other five grandchildren, just John.
is this creepy or am I just being a little bit BEC?
