Is this boundary stomping?

So my mil told dh that she found a soccer league near us that she could sign my boys up for.  She said she would pay and everything.  It's every Saturday for three months and it's during the time that I work.  She also said that she would help watch my dd too.  So basically it would be my dh and my pils taking them every week and I wouldn't get to be a part of it and watch any of it.  I found a soccer camp in the summer (not that either of my boys ever mentioned wanting to do soccer) so if they are interested they could do that, but dh says I never want his parents to do anything for us and I turn them down every time.

then also, this Saturday dh and fil are taking the boys fishing and mil just decided that she would take my dd with her to get her hair done and watch her for the day.  I work in the morning and then I have a bachelorette party that night so I wanted to have my mom watch her when I work so I could pick her up right away and then spend time with her the rest of the afternoon.  DH said he already told his mom she could watch her but I said too bad on this.

Is this boundary stomping or am I being too controlling?
