Since before my husband and I were even married my mil said as soon as you guys have kids I'm gonna quit my job and watch them.it was never up for discussion that's just what she has always said. We now(stupidly) live next door to them and I am 38 weeks and 5 days along and she has I'm fact quit her job. Well here is the prob I asked that she watch the baby over at our house because I feel more comfortable with that but she flat out said no. Like I have no say because she is being so nice to watch the baby when in reality I never asked her to she volunteered. I feel like it's b.s. that I have no say I'm what happens with my baby because she is a control freak. She also set up a whole nursery at her house after I specifically asked her not to and she talks like it's her baby too. Do I have a right to be upset or is this a don't look a gift horse in the mouth thing?
