Whats the difference between a DH from a duh

So my H thinks he's a DH because he stood up to his parents for me and told them to leave me alone. However, I think he's still a duh because he disagrees with there actually being a need for boundaries and thinks I have too many. I am BEC towards him now due to this and wonder why I can't stop beating his unicorn when its "captive". I just feel like since he doesn't agree he doesn't truly support me and once in a while there is a hint of resentment in the air. Like hs says things like, "don't worry they don't have to stay here if YOU don't want them to, you just have a lot of boundaries that's all, when someone gives you a gift you should just take it and be thankful (they never say thank you or sorry). No matter how it goes I know counseling is in order but am I justified in my frustration or am I just plain ole BEC now? Does he have to agree with me/ accept the validity in my views past merely accepting that I feel that way to be a DH or is he a DH just by speaking on my feelings no matter how he feels about it? I totally BEC aren't I? Uhg! What's the difference between a DH from a duh
