Idk what keeps happening to my post but here we go. . .
For once!!!! I'm so afraid of inlaws not liking me but I had to finally say no when I wanted to say no.
Mil called to ask if her 18 yr old son could stay the weekend here while she goes to vegas for her birthday. Hes 18 but they rent a room in a house with another family and apparently things are not going well there because they're being accused of stealing something that's missing. Who knows if they are responsible or not but she doesn't want her son at the house alone.
Ok no. I have a 10 week old that I'm struggling to get on a schedule and we live in a one bedroom apartment so he would be sleeping in the den all weekend and playing video games where we hangout. Mil has crossed some boundaries with waking the baby up without asking and other things I don't want to go into so this was my moment to finally standup for myself because I'm still learning when I need to.
