My future MIL speaks only Spanish which I know very little of. I'm due in 6 months and I know that inevitably, she will want to babysit like many MIL's do. But the fact that I can't communicate with her without a translator around makes me a bit nervous.
How do you communicate specifics about your child's care when language is a barrier? I don't want anyone's feelings hurt and just want my child taken care of as I want. Should I be worried or am I overthinking it?
