needing family and work related advice

Ok to start out, I'm a single mom of three boys. My youngest just turned 1 on the 21st. I'm having arguements with my dad and mom ALL the time. I'm not just a single mom, but I'm also in school and work. I work during the daytime at a preschool, part time. I am studying medical assisting and will be done by the beginning of May. Here is the issue. I have had to rely on my family and some friends of my family to watch my sons while I was doing my clinical hours these last few months. The office I'm at is only open some days 10AM to 9PM and 1PM to 9PM. A few weeks ago the doctors wife approached me and asked me to take on a weekend position with them, before I was even done with my clinical hours. I said yes because I thought this was a great oppertunity, and I still do. I only need child care currently on the weekends, I have child care during the week. I'm going to be starting my externship on the 26th, and we decided to not use those hours for myexternship because it was pointless because I would only be getting paid for 8 hours, so that means I would have to come during the week. I was told this weekend at the office that I'm in charge of the other students, even though I'm still a student myself. I have to handle all the payments, insurance, ect. This made the student that was there this weekend mad because she had tried acting like she was my boss. She left all mad and upset tonight about it. The doctor said he wants me to come more during the week, meaning more hours, but I'm not sure how we would work it out with my externship. I told my mom that I would like to work more hours there. It's the profession I'm going into. I currently work 6:30AM to 12PM at the daycare, and it is getting to stressful. Especially when one of my sons is sick and I don't get any sleep. I wouldn't be able to pick up the extra hours at the office for a few weeks, the doctor and his wife are going to do some rearranging and so on, but would still have my weekend hours. I wouldn't be doing evenings all the time either. My mom just thinks it's odd the office is open so late. It is a foreign doctor who specialises in urgent care, family practice, and suboxone. I feel I must be doing something right if they want to hire me on even before I'm done with school. Are my parents right though? Is it to much? I don't really have many trust worthy friends, so between my parents and siblings, and a few teenage girls(their moms are friends with my mom) I have no one. This would allow me to be home in the mornings, maybe not every evening, but he has said he is going to work us every other weekend. He wants to eventually be permentaly at this office, and to open every day at 10AM and close at 9PM. He also wants to hire one or two more doctors. Since I have been there they have been getting more and more patients, so I can see this happening in the near future. The only thing is, I have never been in a position where I'm in charge, so that will take me some time to get used to.
