M H's grandmother is one of those older women who thinks she does no wrong. She also has zero boundaries. On thanksgiving I literally, LITERALLY, had to chase her down and yell at her to give me my son back (we were trying to leave to go to my parents thanksgiving). Even when I finally got her to stop running from me like a little asshole she questioned me why I was trying to take MY baby from her. At a baby shower last weekend she told her sister to "just take" my very timid one year old out of my arms. He was clinging to me because he didn't want to go to a stranger and was uncomfortable having just entered a room full of people. SO, someone please tell me how to get this crazy woman to back off in these situations.
And if some of you think the above situations aren't so bad a little background on why I don't trust this woman: she lost her other grandchild (who at the time was in the process of being adopted by his now parents) in a Cracker Barrel, keeps a LOADED revolver on her kitchen island, publicly criticizes my parenting, etc.
