mini update
Today I was in the back at work filing some papers when someone came in to get a loan. My trainer was out front getting her started. I walked out of the back and bam! there stands MIL. She came in to get a loan to pay for her and FIL bail, lawyer, and lost wages. (and no, she didn't know that was my new job)
When she realized i was standing there she first looked shocked and then angry. I pulled my trainer into the back to explain that 1- that woman is "family" and therefore unable to obtain a loan here per company policy, and 2-my family and I currently have a RO against her for attempting to kidnap my child, which is the reason she is here getting money
(by the way the look on his face was PRICELESS)
He went back out front and explained that we were unable to help her. She stomped out muttering to herself.
So she's out. I don't know how the F that's possible, but she is. I left a message for my lawyer but since it's the weekend I won't hear back for several days. I immediately called SO and our babysitter to warn them so everyone is on the lookout.
