List of expectations? Long sorry UD: list on pg 3

Hi everyone, I'm usually a lurker here but I have a question I was hoping some if you could give me an opinion on.

I'm due Dec 4th and a FTM. I have spoken with my DF about this in depth. I have spoken to our family about it as well but not so thoroughly, which I don't feel I need to if DF knows what's going on.

Maybe I have just read too many horror stories on DWIL but I am thinking of making an After the birth plan. A separate one to give to our parents and a more detailed one for DF. Just so no one forgets what we talked about and the grandparents know everyone gets the same set of rules.

We would like no one in the room or hospital for that matter, but DF and I during labor & delivery. If baby is born between 12-8( visiting hours), we will call when she is here and again when you can come visit. We will not give a time frame because if it's a week day, we may wait until my mom gets off work so it can be fair to both grandmas. Grandpas will be ok waiting until after work. This kind of stuff as well as a note that our phones will be off unless we call/ text to update you, which we will do only periodically is what I want on the list for family members.

The list for DF will include that info plus what if scenarios. Like if I have to be put under for an emergency CS, you can call to let everyone know baby is safe but no pictures sent and no one at the hospital to see/ hold her before me, except DF.

Does this all sound reasonable to do or do you think I'm just being over worried and overbearing?
